Daily Post Nigeria reports that: "A 39-year-old woman, Chime Beauty, has been arrested in Bayelsa state for allegedly flogging a 13-year-old girl, Chimezie Hope, with a sharp iron.Beauty was said to have flogged her niece after accusing her of playing with her peers while neglecting her grandmother..."
