“Unbelievable But True” is a segment on “Power-Up With Uché”, which is a SitiTalkTV Production for SitiTalkBlog.

Once again, we have tried to bring you details of issues on ground in sub-Saharan Africa, with a view to starting the debate, which we hope, would in turn, lead to finding solutions.

The episode “MEAT” came up as a result of the horrific unhygienic meat handling conditions of the beef produced and sold to the public in sub-Saharan Africa, but with specific focus on Nigeria.

The SitiTalk team brings to light issues that are not necessarily being discussed in the public domain, but are of great importance, such as food borne diseases in sub-Saharan Africa, directly resulting from poor food-handling and which need to be addressed by people in positions of authority in sub-Saharan Africa.
